We are happy to announce that two TrafficFluid ex-PhD students (Dr. Milad Malekzadeh and Dr. Panagiotis Typaldos), who had finished their thesis and continued as postdoctoral researchers with the project, received postdoctoral research offers by top universities (Technical University of Munich and Cornell University, respectively). To finalise the planned work with our existing personnel and to share the forthcoming findings and achievements at relevant scientific conferences, which are mostly in the period June – October of each year, ERCEA (European Research Council Executive Agency), our funding agency, agreed to grant to the project an extension of 6 months. This moves the ending date of TrafficFluid to 30 November 2025.
